Survey, sampling, monitoring, and documentation for asbestos and lead-based paint — from the first bulk sample through final clearance.
Asbestos bulk sampling & surveys
Bulk sampling and building surveys for AHERA, NESHAP, and EPA demolition and renovation projects.
Asbestos air sampling
Air monitoring using PCM or TEM analysis, including on-site PCM analysis for same-day results.
Lead-based paint sampling
Air, soil, dust wipe, and paint chip sampling for lead, analyzed by Flame AA.
Abatement project monitoring
Third-party monitoring of asbestos and lead-based paint abatement from set-up through final clearance.
Specifications & work plans
Generic or site-specific asbestos and LBP abatement specifications, scopes of work, and work plans.
HEPA equipment DOP testing
Quality-control testing of HEPA air filtration machines and vacuums used in abatement.
LBP hazard assessments
Lead-based paint hazard assessments and inspections performed by XRF.
